Brief
We were contracted by Supersport to organize an event targeted at sports enthusiasts, stakeholders, and industry leaders, showcasing Supersport’s contributions to the African sports industry while creating a memorable experience for attendees.
Solutions
Our planning phase began with a comprehensive brief from Supersport, outlining their objectives and requirements for the event. We then conducted a venue inspection and provided recommendations on the ideal location for the event. Once the venue was confirmed, we started working on the event layout and design, including the stage setup, lighting, and branding. We also liaised with various vendors, including catering, security, and media coverage, to ensure flawless execution. On the day of the event, our team arrived early to oversee the setup and coordinate with vendors. We ensured that everything was set up according to the plan and that all requirements were met. Our team also managed the event flow, ensuring that attendees were engaged and entertained throughout the event. We provided live commentary, music performances, and interviews with industry leaders and sports personalities. We also had product demos and interactive sessions with attendees, providing an opportunity for them to engage with Supersport’s products and services.
As part of our brief, we were responsible for marketing and promoting the event.
